Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Lacerte Tax software, and a passion for helping clients understand and manage their finances. This role requires excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a desire to advance within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements
  • Handle tax planning, preparation, and filing using Lacerte Tax software and ProConnect Tax Online
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address their financial needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures for clients
  • Provide support for tax resolution
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • CPA or CPA candidate preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online & Desktop, Lacerte Tax software and ProConnect Tax Online
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with a desire to grow and advance within the company
